EXCHANGE & RETURNS

"Each bosqult piece is part of a limited archive. Please ensure it is returned in the same condition it was discovered."

At bosqult, every piece is produced in limited quantities and handled with care. To preserve the quality and exclusivity of our collections, the following policy applies:

• All exchange and return requests must be submitted through the Exchange & Return Form on our website within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for exchange or return.

• Items must be returned in their original condition:

• Unworn and unused.

• Unwashed and free from stains, odors, alterations, or damage.

• Returned with all original tags, packaging, and protective coverings intact.

• bosqult reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet these requirements.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, selected items may be marked as Final Sale and will not be eligible for exchange or return.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any shipping costs related to approved exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
